2015 Porsche Cayenne S E-Hybrid SUV Taps the Spyder for a Little Inspiration

The 2015 Porsche Cayenne S has been getting a lot of press lately and judging by the early drive reactions, it deserves it. From the outside, it doesn't look all that different from other SUVs, but Porsche has packed enough inside to get it to stand apart. Starting at $74k (and rising up to at least $114k), the tiptronic S E-Hybrid boasts 420hp at 6,000rpm, with a  3.6-liter twin-turbo V6  that hits a 0-60 advancement in 5.2 seconds (5.1 when in Sport Chrono) and a top track speed of 161mph. ... Is it still cool to reference Portlandia's "put a bird on it" sketch?  Artist Dave White must think so, since he literally put birds all over this Albion E-Type Art Car.
