Baltimore is a city filled with culture, best known for its historic neighborhoods like bustling Fell’s Point and intimate Little Italy. Inner Harbor, however, is one of Baltimore's lesser known areas and is where you can find true luxury. For the ultimate weekend escape, book a stay at the luxe Four Seasons Hotel, which sits prominently on the Harbor East waterfront in a beautiful glass tower. The hotel is located just steps from The Baltimore Museum of Art, the National Aquarium, and The Reginald F. Lewis Museum, not to mention Camden Yards.

At the Four Seasons, there are so many great little nooks one can escape into. Reserve a luxury cabana and sit by the heated infinity pool to enjoy a waterfront view or take in the bustling backdrop of the city from the harbor terrace. Book a hot stone massage or retreat to the Couple’s Room where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the city from the privacy of your own balcony.

When searching for activities, be sure to check out the historic military ships docked in the harbor. Here, you can get onboard the USS Constellation, the largest and last all-sail ship built by the US Navy. You can also get up close and personal with a view of the last remaining Coast Guard cutter, The Taney, which fought in the attack on Pearl Harbor. Be sure not to miss a tour the USS Torsk, which is the ship that sank the last two Japanese warships in World War II.

When it comes to dining, in Baltimore it’s all about the fresh crab. Phillips Seafood is best known for its overstuffed crab cakes filled with fresh crab meat, tangy mustard, zesty lemon and a hint of butter. For the ultimate indulgence, try the ultra-rich crab mac and cheese or the sauteed Maryland skate wing dinner.
