The practice of meditation is where an individual induces a state of consciousness, or trains their mind, into relaxing. Meditation can help a person build an internal energy. When a person is able to relax and has internal energy, they can, in turn, develop compassion, love, patience, generosity, and forgiveness towards others in their life.
MEDITATION USED FOR HEALTH REASONS
Meditation can be used for some health issues a person may have, both physical and mental. When a person meditates they are clearing their mind and are able to ease some health issues. Some health issues which are made better are high blood pressure, depression, and anxiety. These health issues may not be cured with meditation, but the symptoms can ease up to where they are hardly noticeable any more. The more a person meditates, the better their health issues will be helped.
