Patrons who were waiting for their turn at a Beach Bum Tanning salon in New York City recently got an eyeful when Amanda Bynes came wandering out of her private room in search of goggles … completely nude! According to In Touch, the very troubled actress was all set for a Mystic spray tan when she suddenly decided to head to the lobby sans clothes, or even a towel to cover herself!
“She didn’t seem to care that everyone saw her naked,” one eyewitness tells the magazine. “She seemed totally out of it. She took her time walking back to the Mystic room, dragging her fingers along the wall and smiling at customers who passed her. There was definitely something wrong with her.”
