Ariel Winter will remain in custody of her sister

If you follow any entertainment news, I'm sure you've heard about Ariel Winter's family drama. The Modern Family star has brought abuse accusations against her mother and her older sister has been given guardianship.  This guardianship was upheld at a hearing today, where Winter's sister was granted temporary custody.  This isn't the last we've heard about this drama. Ariel Winter will continue to stay with her sister for the time being, a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge ruled Tuesday, Nov. 20. 

Two weeks after Shanelle Gray, 34, was granted temporary custody of the 14-year-old actress, Judge Michael Levanas has decided to extend her guardianship after a Tuesday morning hearing. (Winter was removed from her mother, Chrisoula Workman's, home following allegations of emotional and physical abuse.) Read more here.
