According to Audrey Hepburn's son Luca Dotti, the stylish icon saw plenty of defects in her own appearance and would question why anyone saw any beauty in her. Though she was around far before my time, I've seen enough of her to wonder how anyone so gorgeous could think that way, but I guess we all do from time to time, even the fashionable and beautiful.
