The main dining restaurant is located on the same level as the lobby. Daily breakfast buffet is served here starting from 6:00 am. The name ‘Rempah-Rempah’, meaning rich spices, implements itself in the selection of signature Mediterranean, Asian and Balinese cuisines on the menu, and in the displays of various spices in the interior that blends with the lush greenery and ponds. Al fresco dining area is also available in addition to the exquisite indoors – both with glorious views to the Indian Ocean. All of the elements create a winning Bali dining experience.
Crystal Blue Ocean Grill
Casual and elegant is what marks this open-air dining area by the main pool. The glittering blue ocean is your kind and faithful company as you dine. To complement the awe-inspiring space, expect to please your sense of taste with succulent seafood and delectable grill prepared by Samabe’s masterful chefs.
Ring of Fire Pool Bar
The pool bar with its al fresco lounge is set at the pool side overlooking the Indian Ocean. The light from the fire torches in the evening truly sets a magical ambiance. Mouth-watering light meals are offered in the menu along with cocktails and mocktails for your pre or after dinner.
Te. Ja. Co. Lounge & Bar
What’s in a name? The syllabic ‘Te’, ‘Ja’ and ‘Co’ mean three unique elements that become the highlights and the pride of the lounge & bar: tea, jamu (traditional herbal drinks), and coffee, along with assorted Indonesian small bites – all resourced from selected areas in the archipelago. The tastes from the high culture in the past are presented with style just for you.
Besides the 24-hour in-villa dining, Samabe Bali Resort & Villas also offers various culinary journeys you can take yourself on. Daily afternoon tea can be taken in the privacy of your suite or villa, or in any open outlet within the resort. If you book Samabe’s Unlimited Privileges Package, you are also entitled for 24-hour selection of Gourmet, Mediterranean/Organic/Balinese cuisine, daily cocktail hours starting at 17:00 Hours till midnight, and Balinese food experience, including private rijstafel or Balinese all-time favorite suckling pig dinner in your suite or villa.
