Bali's Finest Hotel Offers a New Exclusive Barbecue Experience

Mandapa, a Ritz-Carlton Hotel has introduced a new dining experience called Bara by Sawah Terrace. Freshly-caught fish, seafood (including lobster), and imported meats of the highest quality, like wagyu beef short ribs, sizzle on the grill. Signature cocktails are specially crafted to pair with the charred Indonesian flavors, and select wines are available for pairing as well. The extravagant meal takes place at The Cliff at Sawah, a small, intimate venue for cliff-edge dining with one of the best views of the Ayung River.

This new culinary event is part of the hotel’s reimagining of Indonesian restaurant Sawah Terrace. Located at the edge of the Reserve valley, Sawah Terrace provides panoramic views of the majestic Ayung River, bringing "dining with nature" to the next level. The menu was recently relaunched to focus on the rich flavors of Indonesian cuisine, in keeping with Mandapa, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve’s commitment to offering the most immersive, sensorial Balinese experience. 

When available, Bara is offered starting at 6:30pm. To maintain the intimate nature of the experience, seating is limited to 12 guests, so advance reservations are highly recommended.
