Hollywood came together for VH1's Do Something Awards, a celebration of people making a difference in in the world through charity and causes, and they made giving back look oh, so good.

Who topped Sunday’s best dressed list? Here are the Hollywood’s hottest do-gooders:

Lea Michele: The Glee star showed off her cleavage in a plunging ruffle neckline on a Giorgio Armani gown, revealing and flattering on her curvy frame. Her bangs and wavy locks paired nicely with the flowy ensemble. 

Nikki Reed: Selected a longtaupe gown by Lele Rose, cinched at the waistmetallic accessories as the perfect fashion punctuation. This was one of our favorites of the evening, understated glamour.

Sophia Bush: Looked fabulous in a bright tangerine column dress by Olcay Gulsen accessorized by gold chunky bangle bracelets, earrings, and a gold clutch take her red carpet look from pretty to glam. She looked chic with a slick pulled back up-do.
