Boston is definitely getting A White Christmas on December 16 when Irving Berlin’s holiday production rolls into town at the Citi Performing Arts Center Wang Theatre. The beloved classic film has been adapted into a play that will be in town for 16 performances.
The show will star James Clow as "Bob Wallace," Jeremy Benton as "Phil Davis," Trista Moldovan as "Betty Haynes," and Kaitlyn Davidson as "Judy Haynes.” Also featured are Pamela Myers as "Martha Watson," Conrad John Schuck as "General Waverly”, Ryan Reilly as "Ralph Sheldrake," Danny Gardner as "Mike Nulty," Cliff Bemis as "Ezekiel Foster," and Elizabeth Crawford and Ava DellaPietra as "Susan Waverly." Rounding out the cast are Maddy Apple, Craig Blake, Maria Rose Briggs, Laurie DiFilippo, Joe Grandy, Drew Humphrey, Guy Mannick, Ann-Ngaire Martin, Amanda Phillips, Kristyn Pope, Jake Primmerman, Sean Quinn, Rachel Rhodes-Devey, Katie Rooney, Natasha Scearse, Daniel J. Self, Kelly Sheehan, and Kelly Skidmore.
The production tells the wonderful story of two showbiz buddies putting on a show in a picturesque Vermont inn, and finding their perfect mates in the bargain. The play features dancing, romance, laughter and some of the greatest songs ever written, including "Count Your Blessings Instead of Sheep," "Happy Holiday," "Sisters," "Blue Skies," and the unforgettable title song.
