Boston's Best Restaurants

Boston has an abundance of incredible restaurants so picking 10 favorites was a challenging task. While Boston is well-known for its fantastically fresh seafood, I also discovered some outstanding steakhouses that deliver some of the finest cuts of beef in town. Here are my top picks for the city’s best world-class dining:

At Artisan Bistro at the Ritz-Carlton Boston Common, Chef Andrew Yeo focuses on seafood dishes churning out plates like Georges Bank cod, seared diver scallops and his signature grilled oysters.

The Café at Taj Boston just might be the best place in the city to go for a special occasion dinner. Executive Chef Michael Mandato has recently revamped the menus here to offer dishes like pan seared lemon sole with lobster risotto and English peas as well as Angus beef strip steak.

Celebrities and locals alike flock to the famed Bristol Lounge at the swanky Four Seasons Boston for the juicy Bristol burger topped with aged Vermont cheddar cheese.

You don’t have to go into the North End for a taste of Italy. Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse’s specialties include Philly cheese steak rolls, Kobe beef meatballs, Bolognese and bone-in ribeye.

Lobster rolls, fried clams and super sized oysters never tasted fresher than from the third floor roof deck or al fresco picnic tables on the first floor dining room at Legal Harborside.

We are so proud of Chef Barbara Lynch whose Menton restaurant recently named a Grand Chef Relais & Châteaux property

Where else in Boston can you order up a bone-in Delmonico with two eggs over easy all before 9 a.m.? Why Mooo, of course! This steakhouse located in XV Beacon serves up rich, juicy steaks from morning until evening.

Exquisite food with an amazing view of Boston is exactly what Top of the Hub promises to deliver high atop the Prudential Center.
