Though there is an extensive wine collection of 275 labels from 15 countries, most guests come for the unsurpassed view. Designed by Ed Poole of Poole Associates, this underwater wine tasting room gives one the feeling of being part of the surrounding reef while dining. SEA, which stays true to its name, will leave you amazed with its mirrors of “erised” showcasing arrays of striped lionfish, eels and clown fish. If you are lucky, you might even be able to snag a peek at an eagle ray or a sea turtle drifting in the current. Guests have the chance to indulge in an extensive, well-curated menu while taking in the sights.
