First you and your family, friends or company colleagues (no more than 12 adults or 10 children) will be provided in the hayloft with the insight to the regional cuisine.
Then, during a creative workshop, using local seasonal ingredients you personally picked from the garden or directly from the forest – such as truffles for example -, the secrets of traditional gastronomy will be revealed to you.
Dinner and excellent Romanian wines pairing session will take place in the charming proximity of the camp fire.
At night you can stay in a luxurious hotel or, to make this experience even more authentic, in 18 century Saxon rural households, carefully restored, from a UNESCO heritage village.
