That's hilarious vision20 because it's so true. lol I'm sure no one could have imagined ppl would voluntarily purchase "toxic" foods in so called modern society. There really must be a better way. I'll take my foods "Non-Toxic" please any day.

Yes. Ever since I've become more educated about the food industry I've been definitely consuming more organic food. Why don't they just call it Non-Toxic instead of Organic? I'm sure it will sell 100% more. Or maybe label the "Convention" fruits and veggies - "Toxic".

Yes, I do pay more if necessary for organic foods and non-toxic personal care products. It only makes sense that we don't want to bring those harmful ingredients into our homes or put them into our bodies.

It is ironic that it costs more to buy organic goods. However, since those who use pesticides have a larger harvest. It does cost more for organic farmers to compete. Hopefully more organic farmers will take hold of some of the billions in government farm grants that corporate farmers utilize to offset expenses. Meanwhile, it costs a litle more, but organic is still better for your overall health and you can't put a price on that.

We shop at a Farmer's Market and can get organic products at the same or less than the supermarket non-organic products. Many of the supermarkets use the word "organic" to charge exorbitant prices. We try to avoid them!

That's why going directly to the farm is awesome...Think about investing in a farm and have your fruits/veggies delivered to your door!

Yes, with the emphasis being on a LITTLE more, because it does cost more to farm organically. However, I do find it disturbing when I see produce selling for 3 or 4 times more than their non-organic counter-parts.
