The no-hold-barred hosts of Fashion Police chose the best and worst dressed celebrities of the year and I think I've finally come to the conclusion that I'm never going to agree with Joan Rivers on anything, ever. For example, they picked Miley Cyrus as the celebrity with this year's most-improved fashion and Rihanna as the best overall. I just can't get behind willy-nilly decisions like that, considering they're completely wrong. Objectively, of course. 

The 2012 Fashion Police winners and losers, so to speak, were saluted by Joan, George Kotsiopoulos, Kelly Osbourne and Giuliana Rancic.

The categories varied but one thing was certain, no one was spared.

Most Improved Look in 2012: Miley Cyrus got the nod as a young woman who transitioned from a Disney star to a fashion fan. Cutting her hair was the first step and then came the big girl fashions. Unlike some other celebs, her sexy outfits weren't trashy.
