This gal pal adventure portrays two women who share a free and romantic spirit. The Spring Summer 2017 Collection embodies the image of a free spirit longing for femininity. The TWINSET wardrobe reveals up-to-date romanticism based on a combination of stunning knitwear and light, flowing dresses. Floral prints blossom to underscore subtle femininity and are blended with shimmering sequins for more special occasions. Natural yarns help create an interplay of layers typical of the brand. Longing for freedom and outdoor life, the looks for Spring/Summer 2017 feature a combination of pastel and warm shades, light fabrics and voluminous layers. Small and large prints are used for countless flowing chemisier dresses with lace intarsia and parachute fabric trousers. The sheer peek-a-boo effect is the key to the entire wardrobe; it gives just a glimpse of skin without showing off too much. Romantic, urban macramé appears delicately on pantsuits and fitted dresses, which is one of the signature looks of TWINSET. Washed silk and lustrous sequins dazzle the knitwear-themed collection, while crochet explores new shapes and stitches for countless cardigans worn over dresses. While these looks are suitable for any occasion, they work best for a summer with a subtle gypsy mood. “For this season I liked the idea of blending different weights and fabrics," explained Creative Director Simona Barbieri, "using flowing fabrics contrasting with cozy knits. Floral prints are a must because they underline strong femininity in perfect TWINSET style."
