Entertainment world has been a victim of Sandy, too.

The north eastern United States is still reeling from Hurricane Sandy.  Recovery has just barely begun and the recovery will be a long road, with effects felt for many many years.  Every facet of life and business has been affected, and the ramifications will (if they haven't already) be felt  to some degree nationwide.  In fact, in the entertainment world has already felt the impact of Sandy.  Box office numbers have dipped and Broadway shows have halted, as has a number of television and film productions.  

Superstorm Sandy has significantly affected a number of industries, but — thanks to New York City’s status as an entertainment hub — the film, television, and theater worlds were particularly hard-hit. TheChicago Tribune estimates that the storm has already cost the industry “millions of dollars,” with more steep bills to come as the recovery process begins.
