There's a hard and fast rule to men's fashion that has survived the test of time: no shiny shirts – ever. Unfortunately, like all hard and fast rules, there's always an exception and Mick Jagger is by all means the exception. Shimmering like Apollo himself in a green shirt that breaks all the rules but still lookomg amazing, Mick Jagger and the Rolling Stones played Glastonbury looking their finest – and in a shiny shirt to boot.

 

The Glastonbury hordes had flocked to the Pyramid Stage to grab the best vantage points hours before showtime.

 

And, with the 'Arena Full' signs signalling just how hotly anticipated this appearance was, the world's greatest rock 'n' roll band didn't disappoint. Of course, there were plenty of hits, including Start Me Up and Brown Sugar, but The Rolling Stones also showed their enduring artistry with some lesser-known treasures.

 

Playing Britain's best-loved festival for the first time, they took a dry and mercifully mud-less Glastonbury by storm. (Read More)
