I absolutely adore this hotel- in fact, it was the first luxury hotel that I stayed in as a child (my father would frequently travel from Boston to New York for business, and he would be put up in this hotel on occasion), and the rest (i.e., my lifetime love affair with hotels and my subsequent career choices) is history. While this hotel is great for kids, it is also a very special place for a romantic weekend in the City or a sophisticated shopping trip with the girls.
