For our stay at Nestorio, Kastoria  during a short business trip last month, we chose the AFKOS GRAMMOS HOTEL.  It is an impressive brand new four-star hotel  counting  just one year of operation. The hotel  is located very close to Kastoria city where a big and amazing lake is offering to the visitors plenty options of entertainment.  A lot of restaurants , cafes, bars and tavernas offer a great variety of food and drink.

We were excited from the first moment we entered the hotel. The outside decoration  of the building is in perfect harmony with the environment. Stone and flourish plants are totally combined with the color of the mountain. “The owner should had a great vision when building the hotel”, was my first thought while parking the car.

The entrance was impressive made by stone and glass, printed all over the logo of the hotel. Large and comfortable reception area decorated with nice furniture, spacious, bright and clean rooms, spa services and fitness facilities, congresses and events area. Business center equipped with computer, fax and telephone are also at the visitors’  disposal at the common areas.

The staff was really helpful and very well trained. A  delicate restaurant and a café area with a great view to the mountains around make the hotel the perfect place for both business or relaxation.

We truly enjoyed  the food at Afkos Grammos Hotel restaurant during the couple of days that we stayed there. Tasty Greek plates and a big selection of local wines served on time and in a special way.  We also had the pleasure to enjoy our coffee or a night cup at the spacious balcony of the restaurant hearing the noises of the forest and  the river nearby. I am sure I will find the opportunity to visit it again in the future for more days!
