Academy Award winners and nominees are well-traveled, but after visits to this season’s best gifting suites, they’d better make sure there’s room on their passports for a few more Visa stamps. Secret Room Events has just raised the gifting-suite bar by staging the most expansive travel lounge ever produced at a celebrity gifting suite.

At their annual pre-Oscars VIP gifting event, Secret Room Events presented an exclusive tropical oasis on the Garden Terrace of the SLS Hotel Beverly Hills, representing a dozen of the most exclusive private islands, villas, and resort stays. It's quite a coup, since several resorts chose to debut their presentations at the Secret Room event, prior to their appearances at the 2013 Los Angeles Times Travel Show. 

Film, television and music celebrities were presented with a wide selection of travel packages including spa, golf, fine dining, and luxe accommodations at nearly a dozen international destinations: the brand new Sofitel Bora Bora Marara Beach Resort, French Polynesia; Coco Collection, the new private island retreat at Coco Prive, Maldives; Royal Belize; Pimalai Resort and Villas, Thailand; W Hotel and Villas, Bali; Viceroy Bali Hotel and Villas; Hotel Espana, Spain; Park Hyatt Aviara Resort, San Diego; 1711 Ti Sana Spa and Retreat, Italy, a World Luxury Spoar Award winner; and Las Verandas Hotel and Villas, Roatan. To complement their travel experience, recipients will be traveling in style, as they’re also being treated to resort wear, two choices of high-end swimwear, and special selection of new concept luggage to complete their travel experience.

In addition to the expanded Travel Lounge, Secret Room featured their popular complimentary spa and hair treatments, the Wolfgang Puck Lounge, offering food and specialty drinks named after the nominated films and celebrities plus wine from Andrew Murray Vineyards, and their Luxury Gift Lounge, gifting fine products including new launches of skincare, jewelry, accessories, footwear, electronics, hair care, nutritional products, apparel, cosmetics, interior décor, cell phone accessories, watches, lingerie, and high-style baby items.
