After showing the world that losing 80 pounds is actually doable, Jennifer Hudson has finally hit her target weight and is looking amazing. Although she says she's not going to purposefully diet anymore, she's still not allowing banana pudding into her home; apparently the stuff is her weight-watching kryptonite.

 

Oscar winner Jennifer Hudson, who has successfully maintained an impressive 80-pound weight loss for over two years, is finally at her target weight and has no desire to slim down further.

"I'm at the weight I want to be," Hudson told the December 2012 issue of Redbook. "But I hear all the time, 'Don't lose any more weight, you need to stop.' People are under the impression that I'm still losing, but I'm not."

Hudson, 31, slimmed down from a size 16 to a six in nine months by eating smaller portions of healthy foods and working out up to six days a week doing an hour of cardio and another hour of resistance training. Read More
