Kirstie Alley is hashing up past loves and relationships with her new book The Art of Men. Looks like she's also rehashing love stories to media outlets, no doubt a calculated promotional move. In a recent interview with Chris Jacobs of Entertainment Tonight, Alley revealed that she and Patrick Swayze fell in love while they were both in separate marriages. This coming off the heels of Alley's recent admission that she and John Travolta had a relationship, secretly. Looks like she'll now have some explaining to do to Swayze's widow, Lisa Niemi, and Travolta's wife, Kelly Preston. Yikes - looks like this book's revelations has the potential to really mess up some trust and relationships.
Emmy award winning actress Kirstie Alley, 61, revealed in an interview to Chris Jacobs of"Entertainment Tonight" that there was a powerful attraction and a secret relationship with Patrick Swayze in 1985. In an "ET" episode that aired November 5, 2012, Alley, who is currently competing on ABC's"Dancing with the Stars", confirmed that during the filming of the mini-series "North and South", they fell in love.
"Both of us were married. We did not have an affair. But again, I think what I did was worse. Because I think when you fall in love with someone when you're married, you jeopardize your own marriage and their marriage. It's doubly bad," said Alley.
