One of Boston’s best-known sushi joints is going to be holding a class that will teach its students how to make masterful sushi rolls and let them partake in some amazing sake selections. The class will be held Tuesday, October 2, 2012.

This fall, Haru will begin hosting interactive sushi-rolling and sake-pairing classes. Sushi & Sake 101 will bring guests together for a fun and social evening with Haru's sushi and sake experts.

One of our master Haru chefs will demonstrate the intricacies of sushi-rolling and nigiri-making while his eager pupils dive into their bowls of sticky rice to try their own hand at this culinary art.
