Legendary American restaurant Le Cirque has opened an outpost in India, marking a move to Asia.
The new Le Cirque is located at The Leela Palace New Delhi, the capital’s newest and most opulent hotel located in the heart of the prestigious Diplomatic Enclave. The new restaurant is a collaboration between Sirio Maccioni, founder of the acclaimed New York restaurant group, Le Cirque, and Capt. C. P. Krishnan Nair, chairman of The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts.

The luxurious restaurant has added a number of vegetarian menu options in keeping with the new neighbourhood in India, including Sirio’s Pasta Primavera, Mama Egi’s Ravioli, Tuna in Pistachio Crust, Paupiette of Black Cod, Crème Brûlée and Floating Island ‘Le Cirque’.
