Limited Edition Ava Pali Fray Short by STS BLUE is Now Available

Today, social media sensations are becoming fashion influencers and are rocking their styles all over the globe. Summer is here and millennials are laying their outfits out, snapping pics of what they are packing and posting on Instagram to share their summer styles. It is this symbiotic flirtation between the fashion industry and social media platforms that has birthed one of the most notable developments on the fashion landscape in the past decade: the Instagram influencer.

As social media posts heat up in summer months, STS Blue shorts are popping up among more fashion influencers. STS Blue has introduced their version of Victoria’s Secret Angels calling their muses “Denim Dolls.” The most recent Denim Doll STS has teamed up with is social media sensation Ava Lane. Together, they've curated a limited edition design collaboration called the Ava Pali Fray short. The Ava Pali features antique copper hardware, star detailed embroidery, ripped denim mid-rise and a casual fray curved hem for a cheeky fit.

STS Blue has become a favorite amongst millennials because the brand is always on trend at affordable pricing and easily available online and Nordstrom stores nationwide. "We want young girls to be inspired by their peers, so we partnered up with Instagram sensation Ava Lane to design an exclusive style of denim shorts girls will love,” says STS Blue creative director Evelyn Ober. “We love working with girls like Ava. Giving them creative power is what STS Blue is all about."

Other notable social media influencers posting about STS Blue styles as #DenimDolls are: Pinteresting Plans, The Charming Olive and Lauren Kaysims. You’ll see them posting shorts with curved hems, cutoff hems, shorts with extreme fray hems, shorts with special embroidery, button-fly short shorts, and super destroyed shorts. Another style to watch for this summer (and continuing in to the fall), are color blocking designs, featuring looks that alternate light and darker indigo blocks. 

Influencers such as Ava Lane are the new celebrity endorsements. In fact, data from influencer marketing platform MuseFind shows that 92 percent of consumers trust an influencer more than an advertisement or traditional celebrity endorsement.
