Lyceum Theatre London

After a friendship that goes away from a decade, Lyceum Theatre and Lion King have approximately turned similar for each other. Lion King is the show of 1994 Oscar Award winning Disney film with the same name. The drama has been made by Julie Taymor and is a theatrical happiness perfect for spectators of all kind. The Lion King plays songs written by Tim Rice and composed by Sir Elton John.

Well the tale of the show followed by biblical tales of Joseph and Mosses and Shakespeare model similar to Hamlet and Macbeth. The movie was a successful Disney movie and since then several shows were created on the theme of the Lion King. The drama transfers the spectators to the fictitious globe of Lions where Simba, a young lion cub of Sairabi and Mufasa, is brought to Kingdom. It is Simbas voyage from childhood to maturity in the violent and the lethal plains of African Savannas that the melodic attractions. He was happily celebrating his babyhood touched by his parents until the whole thing was distorted for the inferior by his evil uncle Scar.

Inspiring the series of life, Simba has found a long way. The show is running at the Lyceum Theatre London one of West End’s major places. It is located in popular place of London where once the edifice stands today. It was Samuel Beazley who planned the current site. In 1904, Bertie Crewe thought about its uniqueness and almost rebuilt the venue except the entrance and the frontage.

In 1809, one more quality was added in it when it got a licensed residence to welcome spoken drama. In the direction of the early 1871, Hezekiah Linthicum Bateman along with his wife; took up the organization of the site. It was throughout the similar era when Henry Irving shaped his long friendship with the theatre. He amused spectators here with his look in some stunning creation containing Shakespeare works.

For 23 years, he created his production here, he opposite along Ellen Terry. To avoid the intimidation of destruction, the home was distorted into a ballroom in the 1931 and still similar to that until in the 1996 it was rehabilitated for theatrical treatment by Holohon Architects. The theatres survival in the area of fun has been tremendous since then and with presentation of  The Lion King Drama, it is hoped to attain a lot of landmark in the days to approach.
