Maybe Miley Cyrus is battling depression. Possibly she's thoroughly abusing some substance. Perhaps she has a terrible image of herself. Whatever the case, the once-fashionable Miley Cyrus has been trapped in a downward style spiral that's sending her on a path to, if I may be blunt, looking like crap all the time.
