Ariel Winter, who plays teen Alex Dunphy on the hit show Modern Family, has brought up some very serious allegations against her real life mother, Chris Workman. Winter has gone so far as to get a restraining order against Workman and has brought against claims of both physical, emotional, and verbal abuse. Winter, who's 14, is currently living with her older sister. Next hearing in the case will take place November 20th. E! True Hollywood Story, anybody?
The mother of 14-year-old Modern Familystar Ariel Winter denied Wednesday allegations she abused her daughter, who has a restraining order against her mom and has moved out of the house.
"It's all untrue, it's all untrue," Chris Workman tells PEOPLE.
