I am blessed to work with a variety of luxury cruise lines.  Oceania is definitely one of the luxury lines that stands out.  Their exceptional cuisine, luxury accomodations, over 300 unique ports of call, and their intimate & elegant mid-sized ships are only part of what they offer.

The one thing that stands out to me is their personalized service while aboard.  Here is a great example of what one of my customers recently experienced with Oceania:

The Browns just returned from a roundtrip cruise out of Venice on the Oceania Marina.  Upon their arrival in Venice they found their 2 pieces of luggage absolutely soaked from rain back in Philadelphia.  US Air told them that they could do nothing to help them out.  Once they checked into the ship Mr. Brown mentioned the story to one of the Officers that was standing nearby.  They went on to their room to begin unpacking their soaked clothing and other items.  Within minutes an Oceania representative showed up at their door and picked up all their wet clothing and took them to the Laundry facility and dried them all out, ironed them, and hung them on hangers!  The cleaning bill would have been over $300 but Oceania took care of it for them.

The Browns have determined that they will continue to book their cruises with Oceania due to their top notch customer service that goes right along with their amazing onboard experience!

I highly recommend this amazing cruise line!
