Sometimes, I think that these new smartphones will develop applications that simulate life and that we will not even have to leave our beds in the morning. That would make us absolutely passive and fat, wouldn’t it? Well, perhaps not, because even now, there are apps for iPhones that can actually help you losing weight. Yes, I know, at first it sounds ridiculous and it sound like one of those scams with herbal teas and blood group diets. However, thee just may work.
You just need to use them properly. These apps don’t promise you that you will simply run it on your iPhone and a miracle would happen. You need to lead a much healthier life, and these apps are helping you to keep track of it and make sure that you are on the right track. The hardest thing about losing weight is to make a good plan and then all you need to do is stick to it. And new mobile phones can help you with that greatly.

As you already know by now, in order to lose weight you have to reduce the intake of your calories and increase their burning. However, it’s not always easy to calculate those calories and remember just how much you had during the day. Now, you don’t have to because Lose It! will do that for you. This app calculates the nutrition facts of everything that you’ve consumed during the day and warns you when you approach the limit of your daily intake. Also, it will tell you exactly what you should do in order to burn out those calories and calculate how many you should eat during a day. You don’t really have anything to worry about; simply listen to your app!

I know that sometimes I get lazy and fail to enter all the food I’ve eaten that day. Sometimes, I simply forget! But now, there is this amazing app for all of us who hate to spend that much time typing in all the food that we’ve eaten. All you need to do with Thin Cam, is to take a snapshot of your meal and it will calculate it all for you! Seriously – a simple snapshot and you’re all set!

Of course, for all those who love the Weight Watchers and find their way the most efficient, there is now an app for your iPhone that will calculate the points for you automatically and keep track of your advancement. It’s called simply Weight Watchers Mobile and it’s a miracle for all those who love this program. The app itself is free, but you have to subscribe to WW in order to use it. However, it’s worth it because it will also give you a ton of eat recipes and suggestions what to eat and what to avoid. You can also type in the zip code and find the nearby meeting places of Weight Watchers in case you get into a crisis.
