Having eaten at almost all of the restaurants listed above, I would have to say I wouldn't go back to the Pineapple Grill. Unless you happen to be staying at the attached resort or playing golf there, it is out of the way...why look at a golf course when you can find 20 other restaurants just as good that are on the beach?
Also, I am surprised Mama's Fish House didnt make this list. The food is excellent, although a bit pricey. It is truely one of the last (and authentic) "old Hawaiian" style restaurants remaining on the island.
Finally, I have to give a shout out to Cheeseburger in Paraside...great drinks, great food, great views. It may not be the classiest place on Maui, but it is fun and has a great location and the staff is friendly and the food/drinks are good...what more can you ask for? Great casual dining choice on Maui.
Who has time for 2 weeks off in addition to the days prior to the wedding you will undoubtably take off? Besides, unless you are going to multiple destinations, two weeks is probably too long for a honeymoon (or most trips to a single destination without some other purpose other than "vacation")
My experience has been so-called "Green" travel/resorts/etc have one or more of the following in common: higher cost than competitor for same level of service; lower quality materials/accomidations; and/or overstating (or even falsifying) their "green" claims. In short, I would avoid anything that goes out of its way to advertise that it is "green"
