Just so happened to purchase a queen size mattress set from this company earlier today, within 2hours I received a call confirming and thanking me for trusting them with my hard earned money and to expect a call sometime tomorrow to set up a delivery window. I was pleasantly surprised at the courteous manner in which this transaction so far has transpired given the lack of human interaction and outsourcing that is now commonplace. I will follow up with a review once the mattress set arrives.
