The final pageant dates and ticket prices will be announced in December. The pageant casting is free registration for the month of October for contestants. For the audience to watch the casting, after October 12, 2012, the tickets are $15 available at the entrance.
It has to do with the usefulness of the good. If the good is for utilitarian purposes such as denim then it is considered premium. Luxury is beyond daily use. It's for those special occasions.
