The home is NOT in South Beach, it is in North Beach or at best in mid-beach. South Beach ends at 22 street and this house is far north. It is used as a party house, rented out to whomever can afford it to the consternation of the neighborhood and there are lawsuits involved due to the illegality of using a private home as a catering facility.
