This is the suite we thought we had booked in April 2013. We paid an extra $400 in order to secure this apartment. We were driven to the location in Christopher St late in the afternoon. The representative from MySuites was running late so we were driven around the city for an hour. On our return, another phone call, we were told we were at the wrong location and that the apartment was occupied. We were then transferred to another MySuites apartment in West St (Meat Packing District) called the Standard Deluxe. You can imagine our disappointment. It was late and after much discussion we were told we had no choice in the matter as there was no other apartments available. Our only form of communication was via email as the representative refused to give us the managers mob number. We were eventually told that the Salt Suite had plumbing problems. After numerous emails we were eventually reimbursed our $400. The Standard Suite was not suitable for my family. There was no privacy for any of us in the apartment, the loft ceiling is so low that you cannot stand up (my partner and I both suffer from back problems).The noise from the street disrupted our sleep till the early hours. Also, the apartment on the website boasts cutting edge design. Our towels were stained and the bedsheets looked slept in. There was no cable TV and the wifi was disabled for 48 hours as they had not paid their bill ! We did eventually enjoy the location but it was a disappointing start to our holiday.
