I agree, that's one of the reasons I found the book fascinating. I believe there should be a clear distinction between knockoffs and counterfeits but the authors of this book show that both seem to act similarly in the marketplace.
One of the things I have noticed in recent years is that it used to be that luxury brands spawned knockoffs--that the trickle down effect was always in place. Now it seems to go both ways with the knockoffs and cheaper goods can prompt luxury brands to make a more refined version. The world is always changing...
It weighs 100 pounds so I don't think it will blow away in the wind:)
I think the OM is a lot more open than the Transport pod which has a bed in it and is covered on top and much more claustrophobia-inducing in my opinion.
