Sea Crest Beach Hotel Offers Two-Night Railroad Rendezvous Package

Sea Crest Beach Hotel

Bostonians know the true meaning of the summer lies on Cape Cod and no one knows that better than the Sea Crest Beach Hotel and the Cape Cod Central Railroad. Next month, the two are coming together to offer a Railroad Rendezvous Package that is designed to bring guests back to the era of luxury train travel.

On August 8, the package includes a five-course dinner for two on the famed Cape Cod Dinner Train, a two-night stay at the recently renovated resort in Falmouth and daily breakfast for two. A shuttle will also be provided from the resort to the dinner train.

The dinner train offers a two-hour journey over the Cape Cod Canal and through the scenic town of Falmouth. The package starts at $499 per night inclusive of tax and gratuity. The five-course dinner on board the train includes hors d’oeuvres, Cape Cod Central Seafood Chowder, Tossed Field Greens Salad, a choice of an entrée, and dessert. Entrée selections are Herb Encrusted Roast Tenderloin With Shrimp; Pistachio Encrusted Salmon in a Lemon Beurre Blanc; Breast of Chicken Cadillac With Alfredo Sauce, Julienne of Ham, Puff Pastry and Hollandaise Sauce; and a Vegetarian Roasted Vegetable Manicotti With Mascarpone Cheese, Pan-Fried Eggplant and Tomato Provencal.

This might be the most fun way to experience the Cape this summer.
