Sons & Daughters Review

With all the good food in SF I imagine its hard for newcomers to get a foot in the door, but Sons & Daughters immediately became my favorite restaurant in the city on my first visit. The interior is calm and comfortable, but the chefs take their craft seriously. The porcini dirt amuse bouche was the best way i've ever started a meal, and the wines paired with the tasting menu were absolutely perfect. If youre visiting SF and you want to try the REAL best restaurant in the city, this is the place to be.

†Did they just increase their prices? I don't remember paying around $60 for a four course meal.

I went to S&D for the first time last week when my friend came to visit. The food - the quality and the sophistication level of the cooking - is worth ten stars. Everything from appetizers down to the dessert was amazing.
