In a city already renowned for its diversity in scenery, resorts and casinos, Las Vegas can boast yet another addition to its unique, flashy appeal in the form of restaurants owned by celebrity chefs. Already home to many fine dining establishments, you can now further treat your palate and heighten your Las Vegas experience by eating in one of these restaurants associated with a celebrity chef. If you’ve watched and admired their culinary prowess on television and wondered if their food is actually as wonderful as it looks, you need look no further than The Strip to have the opportunity to taste it.

By no means, however, should the other restaurant options in Las Vegas be ignored. To compliment your visit to this famous city, you should try to experience some of the many different types of cuisine offered both on and off The Strip.

Choices Galore
With so much to tantalize even the most discriminating food critic, perhaps the most difficult part in your quest to visit restaurants owned by celebrity chefs is deciding which to visit first. The choices available are numerous and equally tempting, making it a difficult task. The hotel and casino Paris Las Vegas offers one such option with the Eiffel Tower Restaurant, owned by renowned chef Jean Joho. Taking in an evening meal here means that you will not only be able to enjoy his famous cuisine, but getting a window table will offer you a pleasing view overlooking the lively lights of the city. These are just two choices offered amidst many more, such as Bobby Flay’s Mesa Grill, the Wolfgang Puck Bar and Grill, Fleur by Hubert Keller, and Tom Colicchio’s Craftsteak. The star of “Master Chef”, “Hell’s Kitchen”, and “Kitchen Nightmares," Gordon Ramsay, also has a restaurant on The Strip. It’s called Gordon Ramsay Steak, situated in Paris Las Vegas.

Try This, Try That
Variety is the spice of life, and that’s certainly true of restaurants in Las Vegas. If you’re the type that loves sampling cuisine, local or ethnic, you’ll be able to fulfill that desire with ease even off The Strip. There’s Pura-Vida, a restaurant that’s self-labeled as “cruelty free” that offers a fully organic and vegan dining experience. Bachi Burger offers an Asian take on the traditional American burger. The Tverskaya Russian Restaurant offers traditional, authentic Russian food. If you’ve got a serious sweet tooth and you’d prefer quick service, La Creperie in Paris Las Vegas just might have what you are looking for. The city is also home to restaurants of Mediterranean, Indian, Mexican, and Ethiopian cuisine, to name just a few. With so much to offer in terms of types of food and styles of dining, you may have to plan more than one visit to Las Vegas to catch it all.
