Halloween might be over, but that doesn’t mean that vampires will crawl back into their graves for another year. In fact, with The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part II exciting fans across the globe, these blood-sucking beings are more popular than ever – especially with Robert Pattinson in the leading Role.
That’s right, this popular actor plays Edward Cullen – one of the most famous mythological creatures of all time – and has somehow managed to attract quite a few admires. His smouldering, edgy and slightly crazed look has sent people of all ages, sexes and races vampire mad, so how can your imitate his style? Work on your mop
Mr. Pattinson (AKA Cullen) is well-known for his thick head of hair. Sure, it might look rather rugged most of the time, but that seems to be the look he’s going for (after all, you probably wouldn’t look well-groomed if you were a telepathic creature with an almost overpowering lust for blood). So, if you want to impress your very own Bella Swan, why not get hold of some hair gel and experiment with a bit of aquiff? Don’t go too overboard - or you could look more likeJedward than Edward - but try a few styles nonetheless.
If you’re a littlefollicly challenged, there’s no need to fear as there are many hair loss treatments that are available these days. Not only can you get a transplant, but you can also try a range of hair maximising kits that are sold in many health stores. If tinkering with nature is not your thing, go bald in style – just remember to practise that intense stare (without scaring anyone too much).
Use pale face paints
It might be a little extreme to get into full costume on a daily basis, but if you’re heading to a fancy dress party, a pale complexion is necessary. You’re supposed to be 104-years-old, so apply some white face paint and use dark eyeliner to help you look like you’re from the underworld. If you’ve seen the films, you’ll also know Cullen’s lips are brilliantly red (perhaps from all the biting of necks), so get hold of a little lippy and get the contrast you need. Wear the right clothes
For someone so devilishly handsome and wonderfully intense, Cullen’s dress sense is supposed to be a little bit like that of an Edwardian gentleman. He tends to wear a grey or black t-shirt accompanied with dark jeans or trousers, so it shouldn’t be too hard to copy his style. If it’s a little cold outside, you can get away with wearing long-sleeved vests and sweaters along with lace up boots, as this is a very Twilight-inspired look.
While some people opt for nose plastic surgery and tummy tucks to look like their favourite movie stars, style and attitude are the most important things if you want to feel like Pattinson.
