Occupying the 19th floor of Tower, at street Funchal 418, Trio 19's glass roof reveals a beautiful view of the south of the city by San Paolo. Trio 19 is an offshoot of the success of the Trio, with a light lunch buffet, with touches of Mediterranean, presented in an elegant way. The restaurant has clean furniture, mirrors positioned geometrically, indirect lighting and wood shutters to give a glimpse the grandeur of the city. With capacity for 150 people, Trio 19 is still a novelty that fits like a glove for executives in the region, a presentation or meeting in a petit-counting committee with a unique menu, a la carte, previously closed.
MENU
The lunch buffet features a selection so diverse that it is possible to please all discerning palates. There are prepared salads, always a trio of appetizers, cheeses, breads and various hot dishes including risottos, pastas, meats, poultry and fish.
There is also ongoing concern with the use of ingredients with the harvest and offer recipes that are high among the gourmets: the current time is the dish of ceviche, which appears in Trio with different fish. Highlights on the rack of oven for 22 hours, to the point with streusel walnuts, and mashed plantains. The desserts are amazing and are already part of the history of the house!
