People looking for luxury homes in Atlantic City will have more to choose from soon as developer Joseph Zarrelli will soon be breaking ground on a new development. The homes will be 3,000 square feet each and all come with 700 square feet of outdoor deck, private yards and a pool option.
The development in Atlantic City of a dozen ultra-luxury oceanfront homes will break ground at 1 p.m. today at 4100 Atlantic Ave., between Annapolis and Richmond avenues.
Mayor-elect Don Guardian is expected to join developer/builder Joseph V. Zarrelli, of Marlboro Township in Monmouth County, and other officials to celebrate the start of work on the gated community.
