The Look Society

The Look Society

I headed to fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada to hang out with entrepreneur Bri Steck, the gorgeous Las Vegas native that recently founded the concierge service VegasGirlsNightOut.

Bri saw a need in the marketplace for women from all over the country to easily come to Las Vegas and have an amazing trip planned, for a fraction of the cost and without stressing out over the travel plans.

Launched in January of this year, the bookings are already rolling in. Perfect for bachlorette, birthday or even just a weekend girls' getaway, the help of the knowledgeable Vegas-based team makes travel seamless, carefree and stress-free. The boutique concierge service was designed exclusively for women by women.

I experienced Vegas with Bri, and saw everything that Las Vegas had to offer, from a VegasGirlsNightOut point of view.

Friday Night

Saturday

Saturday is a great day to start with a leisurely brunch. We headed to Giada, over at The Cromwell hotel for a lovely brunch with a beautiful view of the Bellagio fountains and Ceasars Palace. The first ever restaurant for chef Giada De Laurentiis, it is one of the newer eateries on the Las Vegas strip and is flooded with light and a serene setting. The comfortable furniture, natural colors and comfort Italian food on the menu all make diners feel warm and welcome.

The beautiful breadbasket arrived, and we sampled some amazing dishes: The Italian Hash featured marble potatoes, Nueske’s bacon, finocchiona salumi, peppers, tomato, onion confit with sunny side up eggs & sourdough toast. The Polenta en Cocotte was a work of edible art with the creamiest polenta with pieces of spicy sausage, dried cranberries, calabrian chile and poached egg. Every item on the menu is delicious.

After a filling brunch, grab a bottle or two of champagne and head to The Look Society. This one stop shop will be utterly relaxing while making you beautiful for a night out on the town. The super sleek yet feminine interior is designed in Hollywood Regency style, with lots of black, white, glass and chandeliers. The all-inclusive beauty destination features services for hair, skin and nails. Inside the Look Society is the acclaimed Sam Villa’s HairShow Blowout Bar, a flagship Essie Nail Lounge, The MedSpa by Dr. Orna Fisher, M.D., Sunless Tanning by Chocolate Sun, Skin Spa, Makeup Lounge and a complete array of hair services from the city’s best stylists. You can also relax in the LOOK Café or shop a curated selection of hundreds of exclusive, top-rated beauty products in The Beauty Boutique.

After spending a few hours with the glam squad, head to dinner at one of the many options available. If you choose from any of VegasGirlsNightOut.com's dining partners, you can enjoy your night out without having to split up the bill at the end of dinner. One of our favorites: Gordon Ramsey Steak at Paris Las Vegas Hotel & Casino. Celebrity Chef Ramsey is known for his cuisine and multiple TV appearances on “Hell’s Kitchen,” “MasterChef” and “Kitchen Nightmares”.

The restaurant offers guests a look at the exclusive beef aging program created under the direction of Chef Ramsay and his culinary team. The menu selections range from traditional steakhouse fare with delectable cuts of beef to Ramsay’s signature fish and chips and Shepard’s Pie. This dynamic new addition to Ramsay’s profound collection of restaurants offers the freshest seafood to mouth-watering cuts of beef, French-influenced sides and delicious desserts. The all-inclusive package also includes 2 cocktails.

After dinner, we headed to the Boys II Men show at The Mirage. The intimate theater was the perfect venue for the Grammy Award winners. In the music business for over 23 years, the boys not only performed their celebrated classics “I’ll Make Love to You” and “Water Runs Dry,” they also enchanted the audience with a catchy Mo Town compilation and Acapella performances. We met with the guys after the show, chatted and grabbed a group picture.

After the show, we were off to mega-club Tao. Having relationships with several top venues, VegasGirlsNightOut can get VIP Nightclub Access to hot spots like Tao, Marquee, LAX, Hyde, Light, The Bank, Chateau and 1OAK. Tao has been a Vegas institution for many years, since opening in September 2005. This gorgeous 60,000 square foot space has sister venues in NYC, and is a multi-story "Asian City". Be enchanted by the stone Buddhas, dark wood and intricate design. TAO Nightclub is open Thursday – Saturday and features top DJs, celebrities and international socialites from around the world.

Sunday

After a long night out, Sunday was made for rest and relaxation. Our group headed to a cabana at Moorea Beach Club at The Mandalay Bay, and soaked up the sun while nibbling on small bites from the poolside menu. The adults-only pool is top optional. The Moorea Pavilion was the perfect lounge area for our group. Outfitted with a day bed, lounge chairs, 42 inch LCD screen, wet bar, waterfall and private pool, we lounged and lunched while away from the main crowd. After a few hours, we were joined by some members of the show "Thunder from Down Under". The super-sweet authentic Australians were all hand-picked for the show, and make Las Vegas their own. While some members perform in the Vegas show, others are on tour for most of the year. The show has been a favorite among Bachlorette parties since it was founded over 22 years ago.

For our last dinner in Sin City, we headed to Tacos & Tequila at The Luxor. This spacious, high-energy restaurant is perfect for big groups. They blend modern and traditional Mexican cuisine to create a rock and roll flair.  We sampled the guacamole, shrimp quesadillas and skewers made of chicken and vegetables. Paired with a perfect margarita, it was a great way to finish the night.
