The comedian-turned successful screenwriter/director/producer/movie star and his wife, Christine Taylor, are actually asking for 400,000 less than what they bought the home for just four years ago. The couple moved into the five bedroom, five-and-a-half bath Manhattan home with their family when they made their big move from California to New York in 2008.
