 Food & Spirits: Famed French champagne house Veuve Clicquot has released a new version of its Ice Jacket, a high-tech isotherm sleeve tailored to the shape of the Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label bottle and designed to keep it at the perfect temperature. Veuve is known for many innovative products designed to enhance the experience of enjoying their world-class wine. Employing thermodynamics to keep the precious bubbly cool, the new Ice Jacket 2 is produced in a high-tech fabric with leather detailing which highlights the vibrant Clicquot Yellow - which amateurs often mistake for orange.
The Ice Jacket can maintain the champagne at an optimal tasting temperature for up to two hours. A new label enables the Ice Jacket 2 to be personally customized, making it a perfect and unique luxury gift, while a zipper and leather tab at the bottle neck ensure a snug fit. Veuve also recently released a version of the isotherm sleeve for its popular rosé champagne, called the Ice Dress. For the decidedly romantic package the firm designed a pink sleeve with pink leather details and contrasting Clicquot Yellow trim.
