If it's your first time out, try the piquant Springtime in Baku martini paired with the Portobello-mushroom appetizer. To die for. A statue of Lenin, beheaded as the original is in Russia, beckons patrons into the chilly bar. A key feature: The entire length of the bar is inlaid with a solid block of white ice, which was originally designed to keep your drinks chilled, but has become a tourist attraction for vodka connoisseurs. You can purchase a bottle of $250 vodka and sip it in the vodka locker, which is kept at 5 F/-15 C at all times. The $250 also buys you a chance to don a fur jacket and hat, which must be handed over at the end of your stay.
