Regular groceries have a fish department; Harris Teeter has a Fishermans Market, with weekly Fresh Catch specials flown in from every end of the globe, as well as the freshest, highest-quality American seafood. Whether a recipe calls for Arctic Char from Iceland or catfish from the Carolinas, Harris Teeter can provide it. The Farmers Market offers 600 fresh produce items daily, with Green Thumb Experts available to answer customers' questions and provide recipe ideas.

With Express Lane, busy customers can select items online and pick up their order when they want. Express Lane orders are individually prepared by personal shoppers who adhere to customer requests; according to the website, if a customer likes their bananas a little green, their personal shopper will ensure they get green bananas.
