Rock stars have long been fans of dabbling in the restaurant and nightclub business, now the hottest trend is celebrities as fashion designers. There's J-Lo and P. Diddy, even Paris Hilton has a line of "That's Hot" t-shirts (yes, she trademarked the phrase). Los Angeles-based Rock & Republic has redefined designer jeans by pairing them with rock stars names, like the limited edition Victoria Beckham (former Spice Girl) London Crown Jean, which flew off store shelves for $220. Rock & Republics are the "it" jean but aren't exhausted by any stretch, as only the coolest girls and guys are wearing them.
You've heard it before but I'll say it again, jeans are the new black pant and you must have a variety, which is why Rock & Republics come in a variety of shapes and styles. They also go with almost everything, from plain old t's to sequined tops, like the Gold Sequin Bolera by Robert Rodriguez ($242) and strappy stilettos like the Petal Evening Sandal by Celine ($455).
