 Fashion & Style: Stunning Russian supermodel Natalia Vodianova, best known for her sexy Calvin Klein ads, will design a new lingerie line for French-based fashion label Etam. Vodianova, who recently signed a three-year deal to be Etams spokesmodel as well, will produce a new collection for her Natalia pour Etam line each season. Initial pieces include a silk nightgown inspired by a piece of vintage clothing from the supermodels personal collection, a grey lace corset, and polka dot bra and panty sets.
Etam, which dates back to 1915, offers both lingerie and ready-to-wear, though it's best known for intimates. "What I realised when designing this is how feminine I am, Vodianova, who is married to the English aristocrat Justin Portman, says. I'm feminine to the bone. I wanted the line to be for women who are not afraid, who like to play." The Natalia pour Etam collection will be available beginning in April from Etams retail outlets, including their new Paris flagship, billed as the largest lingerie store in Europe.
